- Apply solid plaster finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces with precision and care.
- Ensure all rendered surfaces are smooth, even, and free from defects such as cracks or bubbles.
- Accurately follow plans, blueprints, and dimensions for each project.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve seamless project completion.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and organized manner.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times.
Skill Requirements:
- Basic understanding of construction tools and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to achieving high-quality results.

- Physical stamina, including the ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift materials.
