Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of butchering, including cutting, trimming, boning, and portioning meat.
- Prepare a variety of smallgoods such as sausages, hams, and other charcuterie items.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and efficient use of ingredients.
- Work collaboratively to support the team in achieving daily production goals.
Skill Requirements:
- No prior experience is required; we provide full training.
