We are seeking a creative and talented Fashion Designer to join our team. If you have a passion for fashion design and are eager to bring your unique ideas to life, this is the perfect opportunity for you! This role is open to individuals with little to no experience or up to three years of experience in the fashion industry. You will be responsible for designing original clothing and accessories, creating patterns, selecting fabrics, and collaborating with a team to bring designs from concept to production.

Responsibilities:

Develop and create original fashion designs across various categories (e.g., ready-to-wear, accessories).
Create sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings to visualize design concepts.
Collaborate with patternmakers, sample makers, and other team members to ensure designs are executed accurately.
Source materials, fabrics, and trimmings that align with design vision and budget constraints.
Attend fittings and make necessary revisions based on feedback.
Stay updated with current fashion trends and industry standards.
Assist in developing seasonal collections, including trend research and market analysis.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to deadlines while managing multiple projects.

Skill Requirements:

Strong sense of creativity and originality in design.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop).
Knowledge of textiles, patterns, and garment construction techniques.
Attention to detail and a good understanding of fit, proportion, and balance.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A portfolio showcasing your design work (either from academic studies or personal projects) is required.

Education:

A diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
