This full-time, permanent position is designed for individuals who are eager to make a meaningful impact on young children's lives by fostering their growth, development, and learning. While experience is not required, we are looking for candidates with a strong interest in early childhood education, a love for working with children, and a commitment to creating a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons that align with early childhood development milestones.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for young children.
- Develop and maintain daily schedules and routines that support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to provide updates on children's progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and classroom activities.
- Promote positive interactions among children and encourage teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education through ongoing professional development (encouraged but not mandatory).
Skill Requirements:
- A degree or relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each child.
- Strong organizational skills to manage daily classroom activities and records.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative school environment.
