Responsibilities:

Cut, shape, and assemble wood components using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines.
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to create precise custom pieces.
Apply finishes such as staining, varnishing, or painting to completed products.
Collaborate with a team to ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following all safety protocols.
Attend training sessions and continuously improve your skills.

Skill Requirements:

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of woodworking tools and materials (experience is not required as training will be provided).
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Physical stamina and manual dexterity to handle repetitive tasks.
Problem-solving skills to address challenges on the job.
