About the Role:
This position involves cultivating and caring for plants in both outdoor and greenhouse settings. As a key member of our gardening team, you will be responsible for planting, watering, monitoring growth, controlling pests, managing soil health, harvesting crops, maintaining tools, and ensuring our growing areas are clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant Care: Plant seeds or seedlings, water plants appropriately, and monitor their growth to ensure healthy development.
- Garden Maintenance: Cultivate soil, control weeds, and manage pest control measures.
- Harvesting: Collect crops at the optimal time for maximum quality and yield.
- Equipment Management: Operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery.
- Record Keeping: Track plant progress and environmental conditions as needed.
Qualifications:
