Speech Pathologist (Full-Time Permanent Position)

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.
Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and report findings to stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in speech pathology.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary collaboration.

Skill Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution (Master's preferred).
Eligibility for state licensure (licensure can be obtained with support from the employer).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Empathy and patience to work with diverse populations.
Organizational skills to manage patient records and documentation effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of speech pathology assessment tools and treatment techniques.
Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
