Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution (Master's preferred).
- Eligibility for state licensure (licensure can be obtained with support from the employer).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathy and patience to work with diverse populations.
- Organizational skills to manage patient records and documentation effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of speech pathology assessment tools and treatment techniques.
