Floor Finisher – Full-Time Permanent Position

Responsibilities:
- Prepare floor surfaces by scraping, sanding, or using other techniques to ensure they're ready for finishing.
- Apply sealants, waxes, polishes, or other finishes to protect and enhance the appearance of floors.
- Use tools and equipment such as buffer machines, sanders, and applicators effectively.
- Inspect finished floors to identify any defects or issues and address them promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
Skill Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, but candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and move around various sites.
