Skill Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (essential).
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of best practices in early childhood education (an advantage).
- Basic computer literacy for administrative tasks (an asset).
