- Provide proper shelter and care, including basic first aid and illness monitoring.
- Assist with breeding programs, kidding season, and general herd management.
- Maintain pastures and grazing areas, ensuring optimal conditions for the animals.
- Keep detailed records of feeding, health, and production metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient daily operations and meet production goals.
- Promote sustainable farming practices and environmental stewardship.
Skill Requirements:
- Compassion and dedication to animal welfare.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor conditions year-round.
- Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn about goat husbandry, including feeding, health, and breeding.
