We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Wine Maker. While experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with no prior experience due to the extensive training provided.
As our Wine Maker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of winemaking, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. You'll work closely with vineyard teams and collaborate on developing new products. Training is provided for those without experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Winemaking Process: Oversee fermentation, blending, and aging processes.
- Quality Control: Conduct tastings and ensure compliance with standards.
- Viticulture Collaboration: Work with vineyard managers to optimize grape quality.
- Team Leadership: Guide assistant winemakers and cellar staff.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of production.
