Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care and supervision to children, including feeding, diapering, and assisting with personal needs.

- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the child care program.
- Document daily observations, activities, and incidents as required.
Skill Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being and development.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with children of various ages and backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of child development and child care practices (training can be provided).
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, or move children when necessary.
- First Aid/CPR certification is an asset but not required.
