Job Summary

Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science, technology, or related discipline). Advanced degree is preferred but not required.
- Less than 3 years of experience in R&D management or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Technical proficiency in areas such as product development, software engineering, or data analysis (depending on the focus of the role).
- A natural curiosity and passion for exploring new technologies and solving complex problems.
