Handle and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Attend regular training sessions to enhance your skills and stay updated with the latest welding techniques.
Work efficiently, adhering to company timelines and deadlines.

Skill Requirements:

Strong understanding of basic math and geometry for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
Good problem-solving skills to identify and address potential issues during the welding process.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure precision in every weld.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills when required.
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy equipment and materials, standing for extended periods.
