With or without prior experience, we are looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to our baking tradition.

Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
Mix ingredients according to recipes and ensure consistent quality.
Assist in dough preparation and shaping, as well as other baking tasks.
Operate baking equipment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Follow health and safety standards, ensuring all products are prepared safely.
Work efficiently during peak hours and adhere to schedules.
Stay updated with new baking techniques and menu changes.

Skill Requirements:

Basic knowledge of baking and food preparation (experience is not mandatory).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately.
Physical stamina, as the role involves standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of basic food safety practices is an advantage.

Other Information:

The selected candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
