- Plant seeds or cuttings in greenhouse or outdoor fields according to schedule.
- Water plants, monitor growth, and ensure optimal conditions for healthy development.
- Inspect plants regularly to identify and address issues such as pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
- Maintain planting beds, greenhouses, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
- Apply pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers as directed by established guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve high-quality blooms for distribution.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
