We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join us as a Child Care Centre Manager. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a team while providing high-quality care for children in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of qualified early childhood educators and support staff to ensure the highest standards of care and education.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staff assignments, and program planning.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and educational regulations.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote children's social, emotional, and developmental growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for children, staff, and families.
- Manage the centre's budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and attend relevant training sessions (if required).

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in child care settings (an advantage).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
