Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality welds according to specifications and blueprints.
- Inspect completed welds for defects or imperfections.
- Operate welding equipment safely and maintain tools and machinery.
- Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and techniques.
- Be flexible regarding overtime or shift work as needed.
Skill Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of welding processes.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina to lift materials and stand for long periods.
- Teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
- Commitment to adhering to safety standards.
- Eagerness to learn and improve welding techniques.
- Welding certification is an asset but not required.
