Skill Requirements:
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience in production management, manufacturing, or related fields (candidates with strong academic backgrounds in engineering, industrial management, or similar disciplines may also be considered).
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with other departments.
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges in production processes and workflows.
- Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
- Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, and data analysis software (an advantage).
- Adaptability to work in fast-paced environments with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
