Responsibilities:
- Plant seeds, ensuring proper placement and care.
- Monitor plant health daily and maintain optimal conditions.
- Water, fertilize, and apply pesticides as needed for healthy growth.
- Use tools, machinery, and equipment effectively and safely.
- Harvest flowers at the right time, checking quality before collection.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist with additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
Skill Requirements:
- Physical stamina to handle lifting and moving plants.
- Detail-oriented focus for assessing plant health and quality.
- Basic problem-solving skills to address growth challenges.
- Familiarity with gardening or agriculture is an asset, though not mandatory.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Initiative to take on responsibilities and learn new techniques.
