Construction Project Manager (Full-Time Permanent)

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to them throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor progress and identify potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and presentations for project status updates.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies throughout all stages of construction.
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and prepare cost estimates as needed.

Skill Requirements:

Basic understanding of project management principles and practices.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Problem-solving skills to address challenges and find practical solutions.
Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana) is an asset.
