Responsibilities:
- Accurately record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the accounting team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
- Perform audits, verifications, and reconciliations as required.
- Assist in tax preparation and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in both electronic and physical formats.
- Provide support during internal and external audit processes.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel) and accounting software.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-accounting personnel.
- Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong ethical standards and adherence to confidentiality requirements.

Other Information:
Candidates with certifications or relevant educational background in accounting, finance, or business administration are preferred but not required. Training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
