Tennis Coach (Full-Time Permanent Position)

As a Tennis Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. You will develop personalized training programs, refine technique, and foster a love for the sport. This role requires enthusiasm, patience, and a positive attitude to create a supportive and engaging environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver tailored tennis lessons and training programs.
Teach fundamental and advanced strokes, strategies, and game tactics.
Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust coaching methods as needed.
Maintain a safe and encouraging learning atmosphere.
Organize and lead group sessions, clinics, or camps (if applicable).
Promote proper equipment usage and ensure court safety.

Skill Requirements:

Strong understanding of tennis techniques and rules.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different skill levels and learning styles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to break down complex concepts into simple, actionable advice.
Positive and motivating attitude, with a passion for the sport and its development.
Team-oriented approach, working well with players, parents, and staff.
