Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring they are ready for solid plaster application.
- Mix and apply solid plaster materials according to specified techniques and standards.
- Ensure finished surfaces meet quality expectations, including proper texture and appearance.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction techniques and materials (a plus).
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and tools.
