Responsibilities:
- Provide Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments, including acupuncture, herbal medicine, and other modalities, according to TCM principles.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient consultations and diagnoses.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to provide holistic care.
- Educate patients about TCM theories, practices, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in TCM through continuous learning and professional development.
Skill Requirements:
- Completion of a recognized Traditional Chinese Medicine degree or diploma program (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in acupuncture techniques and herbal medicine formulas.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail for accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with TCM practices.
