Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with vineyard teams to manage grape growth and harvest.
- Monitor and control fermentation processes to ensure quality and consistency.
- Perform sensory evaluations to assess wine characteristics and make adjustments as needed.
- Blend different lots of wine to achieve desired flavors, aromas, and textures.
- Maintain detailed records of winemaking processes and decisions.
- Work closely with vineyard managers, cellar masters, and other staff to optimize operations.
Skill Requirements:
- A passion for wine and a desire to learn about the winemaking process.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic understanding of chemistry, biology, or related sciences is an advantage.
