We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Airconditioning and Refrigeration Mechanic. This full-time permanent position is designed for those eager to enter the HVACR field, with no prior experience required but some training considered an asset. The role involves hands-on tasks such as installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and refrigeration systems, ensuring customer comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

Install and service heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units.
Diagnose and resolve system issues to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Maintain detailed records of repairs and services performed.
Work as part of a team to achieve company goals.

Skill Requirements:

Basic mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning.
Ability to read blueprints or schematics (optional but beneficial).
Manual dexterity and physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment and working in tight spaces.
Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
