Responsibilities:
- Prepare and smooth surfaces before applying solid plaster.
- Mix and apply solid plaster according to specifications and standards.
- Ensure the finish is even, smooth, and free from defects.
- Work safely with tools and materials, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Skill Requirements:
- Basic understanding of construction or manual tasks (a bonus but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Physical fitness, including the ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift materials up to 20kg.
- A customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
Note: Experience is not mandatory as training will be provided.
