This full-time, permanent position involves preparing and finishing floors to achieve a polished, professional finish. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and repairing as needed.
- Apply sealants, waxes, or other finishing products to floors.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on time.
- Adhere to quality standards to ensure exceptional results.
Skill Requirements:
- No prior experience is required-training will be provided.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing materials (if required).
