Responsibilities:

As a Solicitor in our team, you will be responsible for:

Providing legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of matters.
Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court submissions.

Advising clients on their legal rights, obligations, and the implications of their decisions.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant legal standards and protocols.
Collaborating with colleagues to provide a comprehensive and client-focused service.
Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and legal developments in your area of expertise.

Skill Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

A valid law degree and admission as a solicitor (or equivalent qualification).
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain client confidentiality.
A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
Experience is preferred but not required; newly qualified solicitors are encouraged to apply.
