Job Summary
As a Crop Farmer, you will play a vital role in cultivating and harvesting crops while ensuring the land is well-maintained. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in farming, with a focus on crop management, seasonal planting, and sustainable practices. You'll work as part of a team to maximize crop yields and support the growth of our agricultural operations.
Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and maintain crops according to established schedules and best practices.
- Monitor soil health, apply fertilizers, and manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal plant growth.
- Operate and maintain farming equipment (training will be provided).
- Harvest crops efficiently and safely, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Assist with pest control measures, including identifying and addressing infestations.
- Keep detailed records of planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting activities.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain the overall condition of the farmland.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Skill Requirements
