Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems promptly.
Ensure network security by implementing best practices and adhering to organizational protocols.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity for the network.
Collaborate with other IT team members to achieve organizational goals.
Document network configurations, procedures, and changes for future reference.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in networking to improve system efficiency.

Skill Requirements:

Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Familiarity with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) for troubleshooting purposes.
Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills for explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
