Hotel Service Manager (Full-Time Permanent Position)
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join us as a Hotel Service Manager. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery across all departments.

- Communicate effectively with guests and other managers to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements to maintain high standards.
- Oversee the training of staff to uphold exceptional customer care.
- Address and resolve conflicts or concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
