We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Diesel Motor Mechanic. This full-time, permanent position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has a passion for mechanics. With or without prior experience, we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow in this field. Training will be provided to ensure you succeed in your role.

Responsibilities:

Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and related mechanical systems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and component inspections.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner.
Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to ensure vehicles are serviced properly.
Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in diesel technology.

Skill Requirements:

Valid driver's license.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Ability to lift heavy parts and perform physical tasks in a dynamic environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
No prior experience is required, but basic mechanical knowledge or training in diesel engines is an asset.
