Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver personalized lesson plans tailored to individual skill levels and goals.
- Instruct players on proper tennis techniques, including stroke production, footwork, strategy, and tactics.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve performance and foster growth.
- Maintain and prepare tennis equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to set expectations, track progress, and celebrate achievements.
- Promote sportsmanship and encourage a positive and supportive atmosphere during sessions.
- Stay updated on the latest training techniques and adapt to new trends in the sport.
- Manage group sessions efficiently, ensuring all participants receive attention and guidance.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong understanding of tennis techniques, rules, and strategies.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a passion for the sport.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all ages and skill levels.
- Patience, positivity, and the ability to break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand instructions.
- Good communication and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
