We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Human Resource Manager to join our team. While prior experience is not required, candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. As a HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our organizational culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and maintaining positive relationships.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent while ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, providing guidance on HR-related issues.
Manage the onboarding process, creating a smooth transition for new employees.
Conduct performance evaluations and work with managers to set goals and improve employee performance.
Develop training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including attendance, payroll, and benefits data.
Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
