Landscape Gardener – Full-Time Permanent Position

As a Landscape Gardener, you will be responsible for designing, planting, maintaining, and enhancing outdoor spaces to create stunning gardens. This role involves working with plants, soil, and landscaping tools to ensure the creation and upkeep of beautiful and functional environments. Whether it's residential or commercial properties, your creativity and skills will bring vibrancy to every project.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing landscape plans based on client preferences and site conditions.
- Planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and maintaining a variety of plants, trees, and shrubs.
- Operating tools, machinery, and equipment such as shovels, lawn mowers, trimmers, and excavators.
- Installing hardscapes like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and water features.
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure the health and appearance of plants and outdoor areas.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver personalized landscaping solutions.
- Performing seasonal tasks such as mulching, leaf removal, snow maintenance, and lawn care.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and tools.
Skill Requirements:
- A genuine passion for gardening, nature, and outdoor spaces.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and endurance to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of plants, soil types, and growing conditions (experience is not required but helpful).
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and provide recommendations.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and adhere to safety protocols.
