We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a full-time, permanent Flower Grower. This role involves hands-on work in cultivating, nurturing, and harvesting a variety of flowers under professional growing conditions. With or without prior experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the growth and beauty of plants, contributing to the creation of stunning floral arrangements and displays. If you are enthusiastic about nature, have a green thumb, and enjoy working outdoors or in a greenhouse environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Plant seeds, bulbs, and cuttings according to established schedules and procedures.
Monitor plant growth, ensuring proper watering, fertilizing, and pruning to maintain healthy and vibrant flowers.
Assist with pest control and disease management to protect plants from harm.
Harvest flowers at the appropriate stages of growth for distribution or display.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the growing area, including cleaning tools and equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and best practices for sustainable gardening.
Work collaboratively as needed to support team goals and timelines.

Skill Requirements:

A genuine passion for plants and a strong work ethic.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the day.
Basic knowledge of plant care and horticulture (no prior experience required; training will be provided).
Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a team-oriented environment.
