We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Conveyancer. This full-time permanent position is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about property law and legal processes. The role involves assisting in the seamless execution of property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing high-quality support to clients and solicitors. No prior experience is required, but candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist solicitors in preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation for both residential and commercial property transactions.
- Liaise with clients, sellers, buyers, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and progression of transactions.
- Conduct detailed searches and provide accurate reports on properties, including examining title deeds, checking for encumbrances, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Manage a caseload efficiently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Provide support in drafting contracts, pre-contract documentation, and post-completion files.
- Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in accordance with legal standards.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all conveyancing matters.
- Stay informed about changes in property law and conveyancing practices to provide accurate advice and updates.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, solicitors, and other professionals.
- A methodical and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong customer service orientation to ensure a positive client experience.
- Knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes (experience is not required but advantageous).
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite or similar software; familiarity with conveyancing-specific software is an asset.
