Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials according to specifications.
- Operate woodworking machinery such as saws, sanders, and drills safely and efficiently.
- Install cabinets, countertops, or other components in residential or commercial settings.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Skill Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of woodworking techniques (an advantage but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials.
- Good math skills for measuring and cutting accurately.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
