Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, and NGOs.
- Stay updated on the latest agricultural technologies, techniques, and policies.
- Assist in training farmers and community members on modern farming practices.
- Manage projects from planning to execution, ensuring goals are met efficiently.
Skill Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in agriculture, environmental science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience in agriculture, extension services, or rural development is an asset but not required.
- Strong understanding of farming techniques, crop management, and pest control.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and agricultural software.
- Knowledge of GIS mapping and remote sensing is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in local languages.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Passion for sustainable development and community impact.
- Basic understanding of local agricultural policies and regulations.
- Time management skills and attention to detail.
