In this full-time, permanent role, you will handle the conveyancing process for property transactions, ensuring all legal requirements are met efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities
- Prepare and review conveyancing documentation, including title searches, contracts, and settlement statements.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication throughout the conveyancing process.
- Manage multiple files concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the conveyance, such as boundary disputes or title concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is organized and up-to-date.
- Provide regular updates to clients and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Stay compliant with relevant legal regulations and industry standards.
Skill Requirements
- A strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes (training will be provided).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with legal requirements.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and professionals.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Reliable internet access for remote work capabilities (if applicable).
