Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on work-related issues, such as disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Track and report key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and training effectiveness.
- Support the implementation of training programs and development opportunities for employees.
- Manage benefit plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Skill Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees, managers, and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of HR laws and regulations (e.g., labor laws, equal employment opportunity standards).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating reports, managing data, and maintaining records.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
