This is a full-time, permanent position where you will be responsible for laying bricks, blocks, and other masonry units to construct or repair walls, foundations, partitions, and other structures. If you have no prior experience but are eager to learn and grow in this trade, we welcome you to apply. On-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Lay bricks, blocks, and stones in mortar to build walls, foundations, patios, walkways, and other structures.
Mix mortar and grout by hand or using mixers, ensuring proper proportions and consistency.
Follow blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate construction.
Cut and shape bricks or stones as needed, using trowels, chisels, saws, and other tools.
Maintain safety standards and follow all applicable regulations and procedures.
Assist in lifting materials, setting up scaffolding, and ensuring a clean and efficient work environment.

Skill Requirements:

Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks.
Basic understanding of construction tools and techniques (training will be provided).
Attention to detail and the ability to ensure precision in masonry work.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
A willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on, labor-intensive role.
