Cabinet Maker (Full-Time Permanent Position)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cabinet Maker to join our team. This full-time, permanent position is open to individuals without prior experience or those with up to 3 years of relevant experience. If you have a passion for woodworking, attention to detail, and the ability to create beautiful and functional custom cabinetry, we want to hear from you! On-the-job training will be provided to ensure you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality custom cabinets, furniture, and other woodwork according to designs and specifications.
Operate woodworking tools and machinery (e.g., saws, sanders, routers) safely and efficiently.
Select, cut, shape, and assemble materials such as wood, metal, and plastic.
Read blueprints, technical drawings, or schematics to ensure accurate measurements and designs.
Inspect and finish surfaces by sanding, staining, painting, or applying other finishes.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and achieve quality standards.

Skill Requirements:

Strong work ethic and ability to take pride in craftsmanship.
Good attention to detail and precision in woodworking tasks.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and handle materials up to 40kg.
Basic knowledge of woodworking tools, materials, and techniques (experience is a plus but not required).
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Flexibility to learn new skills and adapt to changing designs and projects.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with custom cabinetry or fine woodworking.
Knowledge of joinery techniques, joints, or advanced woodworking methods.
Valid driver's license (for potential deliveries or material pickups).
