Production Manager Position - Full-Time, Permanent
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for career growth and development. Training will be provided, so prior experience is not required.
As a Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. You will lead a team in achieving production targets, maintaining high standards, and adhering to deadlines and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production activities, including scheduling and workflow.
- Oversee team performance and provide guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Collaborate with QA, logistics, and procurement teams.
- Develop and manage the production budget.
- Implement quality control measures to meet standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Generate production reports and analyze data for process optimization.
- Address and resolve production challenges.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma concepts (training provided).
