Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify their insurance needs and provide personalized coverage options.
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable insurance policies by explaining features, benefits, and terms.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other brokers to negotiate policy terms and secure competitive rates.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about new insurance products and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, quotes, and policy documents to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining records, processing applications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
