Key Responsibilities:

Conduct soil preparation and testing for fertility and pH levels.
Keep detailed records of crop progress, yields, and field activities.
Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with the team to achieve high-quality cotton production.

Skill Requirements:

Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor conditions.
Strong work ethic and commitment to agricultural practices.
Knowledge of basic farming techniques and cotton production (or willingness to learn).
