Florist Job - Full-Time Permanent Position

Responsibilities:
- Design and create beautiful floral arrangements according to customer preferences and special occasions.
- Prepare bouquets, wreaths, centerpieces, and other floral products using high-quality materials.
- Assist with the ordering and organization of flowers, supplies, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Interact with customers in person or via phone to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining inventory levels.
Skill Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to create stunning floral designs, even if you're just starting out (training provided).
- Good knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure arrangements are neat, symmetrical, and visually appealing.
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods and lift heavy boxes or materials.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Basic communication skills to engage with customers and collaborate with the team.
