You'll be responsible for applying finishes such as sealants, waxes, and polishes to various types of floors, including hardwood, vinyl, tile, and concrete. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Sanding, buffing, or otherwise preparing surfaces for finishing.
- Applying floor finishes (e.g., sealants, waxes, polishes) according to product instructions.
- Inspecting floors to ensure they meet quality standards before and after application.
- Collaborating with the team to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition.
Skill Requirements
- Strong work ethic and commitment to producing high-quality results.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40kg., and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients (if applicable).
